Política de Cancelamento

Clients may cancel their service at no cost, provided that the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to a fee of 25% of the total service price. This fee also applies in cases of no‑show, where the client fails to attend the service without prior notice. If your flight is cancelled, we are happy to reschedule your service for another available day or time. However, if the flight is cancelled and you are no longer able to travel to Madeira, we can issue a full refund.
